Refer the Claim, Keep the Relationship
The model is simple. You refer the client, we manage the claim, and your relationship with the client is protected throughout. We do not cross-sell insurance, we do not pitch for renewals, and we do nothing to disrupt the placement you have worked to win. Our role begins and ends with the claim.
Once the client gives the go-ahead, we take over the claim correspondence and negotiation with the insurer and their loss adjuster, while keeping you informed at every stage. You stay in the picture, your client is looked after, and the claim is handled by chartered professionals.

Claim Shield is our dedicated claims support programme for brokers. We take commercial claims off your desk and manage them end to end, keeping you informed throughout, so you stay close to your client while our team handles the technical claim work. It is the commercial arm of the same Claim Shield programme run by our sister company, Insurance Claim Solutions.

No. Our role is strictly the claim. We do not sell insurance, we do not pitch for renewals and we do nothing to disturb the placement you hold. The relationship is yours; we simply make sure the claim is handled properly so your client is looked after.
We work on a no win, no fee basis. Our fee is a percentage of the final settlement, agreed with the client in advance before any work begins. There is nothing to pay up front, and the initial consultation and site visit are free with no obligation. There is no cost to you for making a referral.
Yes. We are a Registered Public Loss Assessor regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, Reg. No: C423441. The practice is led by Trevor Kelly, MSCSI and MRICS, a chartered building surveyor with over 20 years in insurance claims. You can refer with confidence.
We give you regular updates from the first call through to settlement, so you always know where the claim stands. The process is transparent for both you and your client. How often you hear from us is up to you; we will work to whatever level of contact suits your practice.
We handle the full range of commercial property and business losses, including fire, flood, storm, escape of water, subsidence, malicious damage and business interruption. Yes. We can step in at any stage, including mid-claim or after the insurer has made an offer. We will review the position before your client accepts anything and advise whether the offer reflects their full entitlement. Speak to us before any settlement is signed off.
