Commercial Insurance Claim Solutions is the dedicated commercial arm of Insurance Claim Solutions, founded by Trevor Kelly in 2009. While our sister company handles both domestic and commercial claims, this practice focuses exclusively on business and commercial property losses, from fire and flood to complex business interruption.

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying and a registered Public Loss Assessor regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Trevor founded Insurance Claim Solutions in 2009 and is principal of both ICS and Commercial Insurance Claim Solutions, with over 20 years of frontline experience in insurance claims and building surveying, and the settlement of 7,500+ commercial and domestic claims across Ireland.
A qualified Building Surveyor specialising in major, technical and complex losses, including fire, subsidence and business interruption claims. John leads the assessment and negotiation of high-value commercial and domestic claims.
Colette manages business development and broker relationships, and is the first point of contact for new enquiries and broker partnership discussions.
Gaby oversees day-to-day operations, client communications, documentation and case administration, keeping every claim moving and every client informed.
